Karazin Kharkiv National University popup.description2  The aim of this project is to develop biocompatible bone and skin implants that are capable of bioresorption and stimulate reparative regeneration in the recipient's body, and to study the effect of electromagnetic radiation from the optical range of the spectrum on the quality of their regeneration in the experiment and in the clinic. The positive effect of light can be enhanced by using the biofeedback mode when the zone of tissue damage is irradiated, as well as by supplementing the treatment of complications in the form of ulcers by the method of antibacterial photodynamic therapy. This allows us to consider the combination of the use of biocompatible implants and low-intensity electromagnetic radiation of the optical range proposed by the authors to significantly improve bone and skin regeneration processes using implants, as well as accelerating the process of patient rehabilitation after implantation. The mathematical model has been improved, which reflects the interaction of low-intensity electromagnetic radiation of the optical spectrum range (EMROSR) with biological tissues, taking into account the layering and anisotropy of tissues, the presence of microcirculation of blood, lymph and interstitial fluid. The work investigated systemic changes in immunoresistance in people with injuries, combat injuries and burns after using biocompatible implants and EMROSR in the treatment.
