The research devoted to develop theoretical and methodological principles and tools for modelling and forecasting of socio-ecological-economic parameters (taking into account their interaction, synergy and diffusion effects) on the sustainability of the national economy. The main tasks of the stage: formalization and quantitative assessment of the consequences of social, ecological and economic solutions asymmetries, gaps and conflicts of the national economy; quantitative assessment of the diffusion and synergy effects from social, ecological and economic solutions during the transformation processes; description of the consequences of the divergent interaction chains of the implemented social, environmental and economic transformations from the transition to the convergent model; determination of the optimum value of social, ecological and economic parameters and their relations in the developing of a converged model of national economy development.
