Subject of research - peculiarities of the morphogenesis of malignant tumors of the reproductive system organs. The purpose of the work is to optimize the morphological diagnosis of malignant tumors of the reproductive system organs at various stages of development by studying various adhesion molecules of the cancer-embryonic antigen in biological fluids and neoplastic tissue, establishing their participation in the initiation and progression of cancerous processes. For achievment this goal, the following tasks were defined: to determine CEACAM levels in biological fluids using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and Western blotting; to carry out immunohistochemical study of tissues using antibodies to probable CEACAM tumor markers and other prognostic markers; to perform statistical analysis of immunohistochemical and enzyme immunoassay results. Methods of research - histological, immunohistochemical (immunoenzyme and immunofluorescence) study of intact and tumor tissue of the uterus, breast and prostate, mathematical methods. The studies are aimed at establishing the normal and tumor tissue immunophenotype and the relationship between its prognostic parameters. Product Description popup.authors Vorozhko Olha A.
