C. famata strains with overexpressed BCRP (breast cancer resistance protein) gene encoding riboflavin excretion system were obtained. The introduction of an additional copy of the BCRP gene D.hansenii or C. famata in the riboflavin overproducers of C. famata, leads to an increase GTP-cyclohydrolase activity and riboflavin production and does not reduce the stability on the sign "RF oversynthesis". It has been shown that riboflavin accumulation in C. famata yeast culture can be increas by enhancing the excretion of this vitamin. Product Description popup.authors Andreieva Yuliia A.
