The subject of the study is the hardware and software complex of the AC voltage primary standard in the frequency range from 10 Hz to 30 MHz. The theoretical foundation of the possibility of creating an AC voltage primary standard in the radio frequency range is made. The work is based on the method of AC and DC voltages thermoelectric matching. It is shown that in order to minimize the transition from the variable to the constant errors, which is provided with a primary standard based on the Josephson effect, it is necessary to apply design-technological, protective-safety and structural-algorithmic methods of increasing the accuracy to achieve the highest accuracy. The correlation for the errors of thermoelectric converters from the Thomson and Peltier effects is obtained and the requirements for the errors of the polarity of thermoelectric converters are stated, minimization of which is achieved by selection from a large batch of identical specimens with permissible errors. Structural and schematic diagrams of the automated system for practical realization of the primary standard have been developed. Software for the interaction of instruments included in the standard equipment is developed. A complete set of technical documentation for the production and metrological certification of the standard is developed. The model layout is implemented. The different polarity errors for more than 100 copies of different types thermocouples were experimentally determined, of which 15 pieces were selected for reference creation with measurement limits from 0.5 V to 1000 V. An automated system for determining the thermoelectric converters dynamic characteristics was created for the further creation of improved converters, with extended dynamic.
