At the same time, the processes of autophagy can accelerate the processes of aging and dying of organs and the whole plant, and therefore, at the same time, are considered adaptive. Therefore, the purpose of the second phase of the project was to investigate the development and features of the course of autophagy induced by the clinostat, at the stages of cytoskeleton involvement, in particular, the interaction of tubulin genes and autophagy proteins from the atg family , which should mediate the development and implementation of the microgravity adaptation process. The influence of microgravity was investigated using the Arabidopsis thaliana model object. In particular, the growth and development of A. thaliana seedlings at different time intervals of cultivation (1-15 days of cultivation) were studied and autophagy induced by microgravity conditions in the roots of A. thaliana seedlings was analyzed. Autophagosome imaging was performed using fluorescence microscopy using fluorescent dyes such as the common autophagosome marker monodansylcadaverine (MDK) and propidium iodide (PI), which allows the survival of A. thaliana seedlings and cells. The emergence of morphological signs of autophagy was detected from the 6th day of cultivation under altered gravity conditions. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) in real time investigates the expression levels of tubulin genes and protein genes involved in the development of autophagy at the stage of autophagosome formation: atg8a, atg8b, atg8c, atg8.
