Lashkaryov Institute of semiconductor physics popup.description2  It is shown that the radiation characteristics of -irradiated Ag0.05Ga0.05Ge0.95S2 Er2S3 glasses are significantly influenced by the concentration of radiation-induced defects and the nature of the distribution and degree of aggregation of the erbium impurity sensitive to irradiation. It was established that - irradiation with doses of 5-35 Gy of chitosan biopolymer - the basis of the latest hemostatic preparations - is accompanied by processes of structure disordering and defect formation, which over time (1-2 months) are "self-healing" with the restoration of the original material properties. The dynamics of the paramagnetic properties of nano-carbon structures and their polymer composites based on Phenylon C-2 have been found to be dramatically dependent on the interaction with adsorbed oxygen molecules. It is proved that the centers of radiative recombination in the CdS / PVA composite are localized at the interface of the CdS / polymer nanoparticles. The role of paramagnetic centers in these processes has been determined and it is shown that the presence of nanoparticles increases the degradation resistance of the polymer to UV. Biomorphic carbon matrices (BBM) are obtained by pyrolysis of plant material and converted into SiC ceramics by impregnation with liquid silicon. Based on pear BMM at Timpr. = 1950 C, the best ceramic was obtained with maximum SiC phase contribution and no defects. The magnetic properties of Mn, Ag, and Cu nanoparticle (LF) ensembles have been studied in detail and the role of the oxidation processes of the samples in the air has been established. For the Fe3O4: Gd: B complex, it is shown that the contribution of individual components to the general magnetic properties of the complex can be separated.
