In addition, such processing is able to form in the microstructure of coal the electret potential, which has an abnormally large relaxation time. This fact testifies to the very high chemical activity which in the coal seams has such catastrophic consequences as, for example, sudden emissions of coal, rocks and gas. The effect of reducing the temperature corresponding to the maximum emission of CO2 and CH4 has been experimentally detected. It can be used in the technology of coal processing into other types of hydrocarbon fuels, in the technology of burning low-grade coal with additional energy saturation due to the methane emission (up to 1%) in the process of electrostimulation. It has been experimentally shown that the influence of a weak electric field on the mechanically activated microstructure of coal significantly changes its physical characteristics. The change in electrical characteristics is assumed to be directly related to coal-graphene. In the work, the models of filtration and mass transfer of gas in the fractured rock mass at different stages of mining are grounded and identified on real objects. The peculiarity of the proposed models is the integrated use of numerical and analytical calculation methods, adapted to the incompleteness and insufficient accuracy of the initial data with the help of distributive parameters, which allows to quantify the influence of deterministic and random factors.
