The purpose of the research is to develop theoretical and methodological provisions and to develop practical recommendations for improving the management of socio-ecological-economic systems at the macro, meso and micro levels. When performing the work the following methods were used: analysis and comparison, synthesis and deduction, logical generalization, grouping, graphical and tabular. The scientific novelty of the study is as follows: the improvement of principles of management of socio-ecological-economic systems at macro-, meso- and micro-levels, which, unlike the existing ones, are based on the priorities set in national, regional and sectoral programs in the context of solving a strategy; methods, models of management of socio-ecological-economic systems in social-labor, natural-resource, agro-food, investment, energy and innovative spheres of economy of Ukraine, on the basis of taking into account the progressive world experience; methods of analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of management of socio-ecological-economic systems in social-labor, natural-resource, agro-food investment, energy and innovation spheres of the Ukrainian economy, which, unlike the existing ones, will allow to carry out applied research, identify adequate trends of change on the basis of which predict trends and develop development strategies.
