The purpose of the work is the creation of highly efficient materials for optoelectronic devices, solid-state ionics, piezotechnics, as well as power engineering, based on complex metal oxides and chalcogenides. Research methods were the synthesis of single crystals and nanocomposites which is based on synthetic opals, glass, glass-ceramics and ceramics of complex oxide compounds of active dielectrics and metal chalcogenides, methods of differential scanning calorimetry, differential thermal analysis, X-ray phase analysis, dielectric, impedance, optical and radio spectroscopy. Synthetic opals infiltrated by compounds of active dielectrics (Bi2TeO5, TeO2, etc.), nanocrystals of AIIBVI compounds (ZnO, etc.), Bi12Si (Ge)O20, Li(Na)2O-xGeO2, PbO-MoO3, TeO2, glass and glass ceramics of lithium germinates were synthesized and the influence of synthesis conditions, phase composition, intrinsic defects and impurities on the physical parameters of the obtained materials is revealed and analyzed. Research is a continuation of investigations on the creation of methods for producing crystals, glass, ceramics, nanocomposites for the efficiency increasing of functional materials.
