The territories of the Volyn region for the selection and operation of special raw material zones are generalized. According to the indicators of the sanitary-hygienic condition of the soil, several dozen farms of Kamen-Kashirsky, Manevichi and Lyubeshiv districts, which were affected by the accident at the Chornobyl Nuclear Power Plant, are unsuitable for the formation of special raw material zones. In other farms in the region, the density of radionuclide contamination, the content of mobile forms of heavy metals and pesticide residues (with a few exceptions) do not exceed the maximum permissible concentrations. According to the weighted average values of humus content, K, Mn, Cu, B, the territory is restricted to suitable, and pH, P, and Zn are suitable. The mapping of the suitability of the territory of the Volyn region for the creation of special raw material zones according to the main indicators has been created. The territory of Volyn region was divided for the creation of special raw material zones in the context of districts. Recommendations on agricultural production in these territories have been developed. Special technologies of cultivation of agricultural crops based on the principles of biological agriculture have been developed, namely - widespread use of organic fertilizers, biological preparations, side crops, straw and more. The procedure and procedure for submission of documentation to the Commission for approval of special raw material zones are described. A number of bachelor's and master's theses are protected on the subject. The subject matter of the research was the copyright of the work.
