The aim is to study the role of factors affecting the state of peripheral blood erythrocytes in the development of sensitization to drugs in patients with IgE-dependent and IgE-independent mechanism by evaluating the biophysical and biochemical properties of erythrocytes, immune homeostasis, specific diagnostics. Research methods: clinical, immunological, biochemical, biophysical, genetic, statistical. Against the background of the violation of the state of adaptation and humoral immunity, as well as integral hematological parameters in patients with drug disease with IgE-dependent and IgE-independent mechanism of the disease revealed disorders of the structural and functional state of erythrocyte membranes. It is shown that the accumulation in the blood of patients with drug disease metabolism products, which are part of the substances of low and medium molecular weight, leads to the formation of structural and functional changes of cell membranes, rearrangement of receptor proteins and impaired erythrocyte functions such as binding and transport of various , including medicines. Based on these data, a method for the diagnosis of sensitization to drugs was developed and tested by determining the in vitro sorption capacity of erythrocytes to methylene blue in the presence of the drug. Comparative analysis of drug sensitization by assessing the erythrocyte sorption capacity and detection of allergen-specific IgE antibodies established a 75% coincidence of results, and a 64% increase in the diagnosis of erythrocyte sorption and leukocyte agglomeration response.
