In accordance with the main objective of the project: (1) made by photoelectrochemical etching method of macroporous silicon structure with microporous silicon nanoproducts, (2) IR oscillations of macroporous silicon structures with nanoporous silicon nanopowders and localized porous surfaces were investigated in structures; (3) the dependences of the effective conductivity and photoconductivity of two-dimensional macroporous silicon structures on the concentration and diameter of macropores were measured; measured relaxation of charge carrier mobility after switching off of IR heating of macroporous silicon structure on silicon single crystalline substrate; (4) developed an ionization substrate for laser desorption mass spectrometry based on macroporous silicon with an optimized microporous silicon layer with an ionization efficiency 10 times higher (methylene blue dye) compared to silicon plastic silicon substrates. The substrate can be used at least 100 times in one month; the shelf life of the substrates without loss of quality (stability) is 1 year. Specifications for ionization substrates based on macroporous silicon with microporous layer for laser-desorption mass spectrometry were developed and registered for the measurement of high molecular weight compounds without destruction of molecules for diagnostics in the field of nanophysics, nanochemistry, nanotechnology.
