In result we have got different groups of miR which involvement in MSC differentiation into osteoblasts. Based on cell processes and signaling networks what mentioned miR regulated we isolate next miR cogorts: miR-138, mir-143, miR-21 - proliferation; miR-101, mir-143, mir-148a, miR- 21, mir-129 - apoptosis; mir-15b, miR-21, mir-30e mir-31 - cells cycle regulation; - miR-21, miR-222, miR-21, mir-30b regulation of osteogenic transformation. Using the real-time PCR method, we have analized the level of mir-26a, mir-30b expression in MSCs during osteogenic differentiation. Thus we have found increasing of the mir-26a and mir-30b content in differentiated cells at 6 and 12 days. The experimental data is consistent with meta-analysis results and pointed the important role of mir-26a and mir-30b during osteogenesis.
