A significant increase in the number of children with special needs in secondary schools, caused by the reformation changes related to the introduction of inclusion in the school and preschool education and the lack of facilities for the reception of such children, is now one of the key issues in the educational process. The priority of this problem is the following: the process of studying and upbringing a child with peculiarities in a general educational institution (ZNZ) is not sufficiently provided with a scientific and methodical tool that could balance educational and correctional-developmental processes, insufficient level of professional training frames. The solution to this problem lies in the balance of the balanced combination, in accordance with the individual's possibilities of the child, the means of special and general technology, since in determining the relevance of the problem, it is appropriate to note that children with special needs while in the NEC need special support.
