The purpose of the study is to develop the scientific basis for obtaining hybrid nanostructured films with semiconductor and metal components with a predetermined set of optical and photoelectric properties, as well as to determine the suitability and feasibility of using these objects in optoelectronics and photovoltaics. Research methods - spectral and polygonal ellipsometry, photoluminescence spectroscopy, photocurrent, photoelectrons, non-stationary spectroscopy of deep levels, thermo-stimulated conductivity, atomic force microscopy, electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, X-ray diffractometry characteristics, quantum-mechanical modeling of band structure and optical constants of thin films. It is established that the width of the band gap GeSn at the Γ- and L-points of the Brillouin zone decreases with increasing Sn content, and deformations lead to an increase in the Sn concentration at which the transition to the straight-gap material occurs.
