The subject of the study is the work processes of the impulse processing of parts, which are realized at the shock load of the vibrating hopper and cause circulating vortex movement of the working environment in it. The purpose of the work is to establish the basic laws of the process of impulse processing of parts in the vibro bunker and to improve on this basis the equipment for the vibration processing of small parts. The work is devoted to the technological quality assurance of machining of "axis" parts of the flowmeters of liquids and gases on the operations of vibration abrasive processing. To achieve this goal, a method of volumetric vibration processing of parts was developed, which consists in a purposeful technological impact on the work surfaces of the part by controlling the modes of operation of the vibrating installation. On the basis of theoretical and experimental studies of the influence of the process of vibration abrasive machining, new devices for vibration abrasive machining of parts, vibration excitation system of vibrating installation and actuator of vibration installation have been developed, as well as the effectiveness of a new method of machining of details of axis type. A technique for determining the operating parameters of vibration and vibration impact machines has been developed. Ways to improve the three-dimensional processing method are established.
