The components of the secondary CCS modeling system in the structure of objective and subjective linguistic and social grammar are described, which present the subject, spiritual and gastronomic codes of culture in the phrasemics of single and multilingual languages. Linguistic-didactic, five-factor and level models of linguistic personality are visualized as meaningful of objective and subjective linguistic and social grammar. The prognostic efficiency of the model of punctuation level of linguistic person was created and proved using artificial neural network of type RNN. All the models of phraseological sentences used in the texts of M. Kotsyubinsky and Y. Shevelyov are highlighted on the body material and it is proved that the selectivity of the use of phraseological sentences enables them to qualify as markers of speech of the person at the syntactic level.
