It is a generalization of the available theoretical developments on changing the ratio of security components in contemporary international relations, moving the epicenter of security threats from a purely military sphere to the information and communication sphere, concretizing the understanding of international activity in the first place as a set of opportunities to maintain its own sovereign influence to develop in a favorable for their own interests direction and to deepen knowledge of the diversity of areas of modern information of confrontation in the international arena in the global and regional plane.
