The object of the project is the near earth’s environment, which changes under the influence of processes in the Sun and in the troposphere. Methods and equipment - The data of the monitoring observations carried out by the diagnostic facilities located at the Ukrainian Antarctic Station, Arctic and Ukraine were analused. New physical models, calculating techniques, and software developed by the project participants were used to process the data. Results and scientific novelty - new techniques and software for high-frequency ionospheric sounding was developed to optimize the operation-modes of ionjsondes at the Ukrainain antarctic station (UAS), to support a new function of plasma velocity calclation and to use Doppler methods for both vertical and oblique sounding. An analysis of multi-point observations of Schumann signals firstly confirms the correlation between Schumann signals intensity and the surface temperature above America. A new method of automatic processing and prompt uploading of the ELF observations data to the international database is implemented at the UAS. Product Description popup.authors Арістов Ю.В.
