Experimental and theoretical study of holographic grating with spatial periods from 0.5 to 50 μm in samples of "purple membrane fragments (PM) - polymeric matrix" when changing the relative humidity demonstrates that any mechanism that determines the local modulation of the complex index , does not explain the experimental dependence of the diffraction efficiency of the lattice on the spatial period. The calculation taking into account the proton diffusion parallel to the surface of the PM fragment gives good agreement with the experiment. Photoinduced proton emission to the surface is also preserved for BR in lipid nanowires, so these results are important for the practical use of BR nanodiscs. The study of the kinetics of holographic grating recording in light and dark-adapted Asp96 samples of BR genetic mutants shows the possibility of creating two types of nanomaterials by genetic mutations of BRs: a) there is only cooperative interaction in the trimer between BR molecules in the photoperated 4 intermediate, 12 BR molecules are also interactions between adjacent trimers. The leakage of nanoparticles from the environment into the BR sample changes the lifetime of the M412 intermediate. We find that the optical parameter, which is most influenced by the change in the lifetime of the intermediate M412, is the ratio between diffraction efficiencies for polarization of the reading beam, which is orthogonal to the polarization of the recording linearly polarized rays (ηо), and for the polarization of the radiation. recording rays (ηе). This is the basis of the optical nanosensor of the environment. Product Description popup.authors Savchuk Alla V. Stepanchikov Dmitrij A. popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
