The purpose of the work is to deepen the existing theoretical and methodological provisions and to provide practical recommendations on the formation of an innovative model of development of Ukraine and its regions based on the implementation of entrepreneurial factor. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is to deepen existing and to develop and substantiate new scientific and methodological approaches to improve the existing model of development of Ukraine and its regions on the basis of the entrepreneurial factor. The practical value of the PDR results will be the methodological approaches and practical recommendations for improving the existing model of development of Ukraine and its regions on the basis of activation of the entrepreneurial factor.
