Description

Consideration has been given to economical dynamic of nine provinces of Russian Empire, since 1913 (before WWI) from existence Ukrainian Democratic Republic (after singing peace treaty in Berest Litovsk in February 9, 1918) to establishment Ukrainian Soviet Socialistic Republic (after singing peace treaty in Riga in March 18, 1921). The value of basic production (food industry, sugar industry, distillery industry and mining), defending volumes of production government monopoly and price regulation, fiscal deficit in 1918 and weakening national currency was determinate. It was analyzed the basic principles of Bolshevik’s economy during 1920–1921 in Ukraine.
