A significant dependence of the BAC content on the features of plant habitat location was revealed. The effect of selected edible plants and microorganisms on the intestinal microbiota was experimentally determined. On the basis of experimental data, the study of pro- and antimicrobial and immunomodulatory properties of promising pre- and probiotic components of pharmabiotics were conducted. In in vivo experiments, the search for synergistic effects from the combination of selected pro- and prebiotic components of the pharmabiotics was performed. Seven promising combinations have been identified that demonstrate statistically significant nonlinearity of the effects of their components on the intestinal microbiome of experimental animals. The microbial and immune markers for trigger states and associated and selected NCDs have been refined. Geoinformation system was created and plant and microorganisms were selected for personalized correction of intestinal microbiome. Using the bioinformatic technique we have developed, microbial and immune markers of the process of microbiome correction in obesity and type 2 diabetes have been determined. The effectiveness of the use of personalized pharmabiotics for the correction of youthful depression, atopic dermatitis and ulcerative colitis has been tested.
