Aim of the work is the determination of the space plasma parameters, that exists in the environment of the Earth, the Jupiter and its Galilean satellites, based on studies of their radio emission dynamic spectra characteristics which appear due to the resonance effects in plasma shells of the considered objects. Results and scientific novelty are the experimentally established reaction of Schuman resonators in the Earth - ionosphere cavity to two superpower geomagnetic storms. According to multi-position measurements of the ELF fields (two observatories of RI NANU in Antarctica and Arctic) the influence of regular and sporadic solar x-ray radiation and influence of flows of high-energy protons at the resonance field intensity and peak frequencies were determined. A model of the wave vector instability of plasma oscillations in the Io tube was developed on the basis of the plasma mechanism for explanation of the Jovian narrow band decameter emission. A model of the Jovian radio emission generation as a result of the simultaneous existence of two mechanisms, the plasma mechanism and the electron-cyclotron maser, is proposed for explanation the occurrence of frequency-spaced bands quasi-periodic sequences. Methods and equipments are modern information and telecommunication technologies, mathematical theory of processes in space plasma, remote sensing of space plasma, polar LFW observatories, decameter range radio telescope UTR-2, highly efficient digital recording receivers.
