Purpose of the project - Highly sensitive studies of low-frequency radio emission characteristics of the objects of the solar system, galaxy and metagalaxy through the introduction and use of new observation techniques and methods on the world's largest UTR-2, URAN, GURT radio telescopes in conjunction with networks. Results and their novelty - High-performance systems and research methods on high-bandwidth high-sensitivity interference-proof domestic radio telescopes have been developed and implemented. Multi-antenna international observations are grounded and implemented to improve the quality and quantity of low-frequency radio emission research. New objects and features of continuous, frequency, temporal, space-dependent and sporadic radiation of the objects of the Solar System, Galaxy and Metagalaxy have been discovered.
