The average grade quality score of the varieties is 7.4 ± 0.1. Statistically significant differences were found between the frequencies of some alleles of the reserve proteins at different selection periods. Among the varieties created after 1995, a group of varieties with the association Gli-A1w (1AL / 1RS), Glu-B1d, Glu-D1a was noted, the quality score of which is 6. In the analyzed sample of DNA samples from IPPG, the resistance allele of the Lr34 gene was determined in 16 , 7% of the samples, the insensitivity allele of the Tsn1 gene - in 83.33% of the samples, of the Tsc2 gene - in 56.67% of the samples and TDF_076_2D gene - in 90% of the samples. The presence of nonrandom associations between alleles of resistance genes to pathogens, which probably have the adaptive value of wheat varieties of the zone of the Right-Bank Forest-Steppe of Ukraine, is confirmed.
