Pisarzhevskii Institute Of Physical Chemistry of The National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine popup.description2 It was shown the 2D hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN) modification possibility by amine and carbonyl groups through mechanochemical treatment of bulk h-BN with ammonium carbonate or heat treatment of mechanochemically nanostructured boron nitride (nh-BN) with subsequent ultrasound exfoliation in water. It was found that 2D nh-BN nanoparticles modification by amine and carbonyl groups to improve the stability of its dispersions in water. It was investigated the cytotoxicity of2D nanoparticles based on tungsten disulfide (WS2), molybdenum disulfide (MoS2), nhBN and its modified forms (nh-BNmod); it was tested invitro the ability of these nanoparticles to enhance cytotoxic action the traditional chemotherapeutic drug doxorubicin against cancer cells.
