The dynamics of anaerobic fermentation of vinasse monosubstrate and in combination with lignocellulosic substrates was studied. Digestate values after methane fermentation were determined for use as fertilizer. The results of the work are used in the design of an industrial installation for methane fermentation of molasses stillage and related substrates for the production of biogas as the basis of the technological part of the working project at Eco-Energy Company LLC.
