Research methods: general scientific for formulation of certain theoretical generalizations (conclusions) after their analytical elaboration and systematization of results, and empirical methods of scientific researches - observation, comparison, measurement, experiment, and more. The necessity of introducing an effective internal control system, which should be oriented to the characteristic features of e-commerce, has been proved, since this area of business development is a profit that is rapidly developing and requires constant monitoring and analysis. This will ensure the effective functioning of the management system, ie in a timely and fast way to find ways to meet the needs of consumers, to navigate the prospect of demand for stable income and positive profit growth, as well as to rationally distribute functions, powers and responsibilities among the employees of the enterprise. The system of internal control with the simultaneous adjustment of clear accounting and analytical support for quality control is proposed for practical implementation. As a result, the methodology of SWOT-analysis based on e-commerce data is developed, which will provide prompt detection of significant deviations and allow optimization in the management of the e-commerce enterprise. The implementation of the developed recommendations into practical activities will increase the validity of management decisions. The recommendations given are specific and are aimed at qualitative accounting and analytical support of internal control of the e-commerce enterprise.
