Strategically, this problem is solved first of all in the scientific field on the principles of open science, the central position of which is the availability of research results, their joint use and processing. An environment for such sharing of information is the shared infrastructure of data warehouses and their processing facilities, the European Open Science Cloud (EOSC), which is based on the use of cloud technologies and the combined national technical and information resources of European countries. . The creation of such a national infrastructure in Ukraine and its accession to the EOSC will create conditions for significant improvement of the resource provision and efficiency of scientific research and their correspondence to the world standards at the expense of access of scientists to the whole technical infrastructure not only of Ukraine but also the European community, establishing cooperation of scientists in this environment. , intensification of scientific exchange, re-use of research results, including in interdisciplinary research, reduction of unnecessary wording of Research. The purpose of this project is to develop architectural solutions and to implement cloud infrastructure services of the NAS of Ukraine as a platform of a single national open space information science (ENIP) integrated with the European Cloud Infrastructure, which will increase the level of research and efficient economic activity.
