Transgenic wheat seeds were obtained to study the inheritance of the nptII gene in the T2 generation by self-pollination of T1. The T1 generation of maize was obtained as a result of Agrobacterium-mediated transformation in planta by vector p12 (no transformants detected) and p13 (average transformation frequency 4.8 ± 3.1). As a result of pollination of transgenic maize plants T1 generation was obtained T2 seed generation in a total of 881 seeds. All necessary stages of apical meristems of spell’s shoots in vitro cultivation were worked out: introduction into aseptic culture, induction of callus from explants, plant morphogenesis, rooting and growing of regenerants in banks and their transfer to in vivo conditions. The amount of soluble protein and growth of wet weight in Brassicaceae family hybrids was measured. The rho0 mutation in the SK1p yeast (S. cerevisiae) strain resulted in a loss of ability to form biofilms and suppress invasion into the nutrient medium. A high level of polymorphism was detected in the SC8132X microsatellite locus in the genomes of the S. cerevisiae strain collection. Bioinformatic analysis of the transcription factors WRKY2 of wheat subgenomes D, B and A was conducted, which revealed that the cDNA sequence of subgenome B gene wrky2 is 145 nucleotides longer than of the subgenome D and the nucleotide sequence of the wrky2 gene of subgenome B is the longest among all three subgenomes.
