The purpose of research is to select the vitrification conditions and determine the quality criteria for sperm and pre-implantation human embryos and compare them with other cryopreservation methods. Research methods – cryobiological, morphometric, light microscopy, fluorescence microscopy, statistical analysis. Results. Two-stage cryopreservation of sperm from pathospermial ejaculates in microcontainers under the protection of 15% glycerol allows to obtain the preservation of single sperm at the level of 90%. Morphological analysis of sperm indicates that sperm with head pathology have a high survival rate after cryopreservation. The index of penetration of ZP by spermatozoa from normozoospermic ejaculates is significantly higher than at oligoastenoteratozoospermia. It is established that the optimal stage for cryopreservation of preimplantation human embryos is the slow method of zygote, and the method of vitrification – blastocyst. The overall survival rate of embryos at the blastocyst stage after vitrification was 94.3 ± 8.8 and (77.5 ± 7.8)% when evaluated immediately after thawing and 3 h respectively. These rates were significantly higher than in embryos, frozen and frozen slowly - 64.4 ± 5.2 and (39.2 ± 4.1)%. Product Description popup.authors Buderatska Natalia O. Butskyi Kyrylo I.
