The purpose of the work is to improve the method of application of the basis for the creation of catalysts intended for accelerating the firing of diesel soot obtained on metals by electrochemical deposition of an oxide sublayer with a catalytically active mass. Research methods are calculated (thermodynamic and statistical), experimental (basic physicochemical methods of analysis). The catalysts, namely experimental samples, were created: catalytic coatings on metal carrier № 1 and № 2. The basic physical-chemical and functional properties of the obtained coatings are investigated; dependence of chemical composition of coatings on composition and concentration of solutions was found; catalytic activity of coating on derivatography was investigated; modes of obtaining coatings from aqueous solutions are determined. A new technical solution has been developed, under which 1 application for obtaining a security document of Ukraine for an intellectual property object (utility model) has been submitted.
