The purpose of the work is to obtain film coatings with various functional purpose using complex compounds of type Zr(1-x) Mex (CH3SO3)уnН2О on metal and dielectric substrates. Research methods - physico-chemical analysis, experimental and statistical methods, optical, scanning and transmission electron microscopy, infrared spectrophotometry, gravimetric method, scanning differential calorimetry, X-ray diffraction. A protective and functional film coating was obtained from a complex methanesulfonate complexes of Zirconium (IV) on metal and dielectric substrates. The processes of formation the structure of coatings during thermolysis of methanesulfonate films were studied. The functional properties of the obtained film coatings were investigated. The physicochemical model of formation of oxide films during thermolysis of aqueous solutions of heterometallic metasulfonate zirconium complexes on the surface of solid substrates has been created. New technical solutions have been developed and 2 applications for protection documents of Ukraine for objects of intellectual property rights have been submitted.
