The purpose of the work is to investigate the formation of the structure and phase composition of glass-ceramic materials, optical glasses and metal-ceramic coatings in relation to the main indicators that determine their efficiency. Methods of research: calculated and basic physicochemical methods of analysis. Peculiarities of directional regulation of microstructure and phase composition of radio-transparent ceramic materials of spodumene-cordierite composition, quartz ceramics with high operational properties and special-purpose metal-ceramic coatings are investigated. Technological peculiarities of glass production in PbO-ZnO-B2O3-SiO2 multi-lead oxide system and influence of chemical composition on their properties are determined. Optimal composition of optical glass is developed. The possibility of obtaining metal-ceramic solders for structural materials of aircrafts is shown. The proposed new technical solution, which is submitted to 1 application for obtaining a security document of Ukraine on the object of intellectual property rights (for the invention). Areas of application - C 23.19 manufacture and processing of other glass products, including technical ones; C 23.44 the production of ceramic products for technical purposes; C 30.30 manufacture of air and space aircraft, accompanying equipment.
