Analysis of the obtained results from the study of the BMP-7 expression found that human breast cancer cell lines with high malignancy degree MDA-MB-468 and MCF-7 / Dox are characterized by lower expression (209,0 ± 5,3ans 195,4 ± 6,6 H-Score points, respectively) compared to cells with low grade MCF-7S (247.0 ± 3.6 H- Score points). The expression of this protein in MCF-7/S and MDA-MB-231 cells did not differ significantly. It was found that the levels of osteonectin and osteopontin expression were significantly higher in all cells of human breast cancers of high malignancy degree compared with cells of low malignancy degree. The highest expression levels of BMP-7 and osteonectin (254.0 ± 6.5 and 231.6 ± 4.6 H- Score points, respectively) were observed in prostate cancer cells with high malignancy and hormone-resistant DU-145. Significantly lower expression of BMP-7 and osteonectin (190.0 ± 5.3 and 165.0 ± 6.2 H- Score points, respectively) was established in the low-grade hormone-sensitive LNCaP cell line. In the cells of the two studied prostate cancer cell lines, the mean level of osteopontin expression was determined (155.0 ± 2.3 and 158.0 ± 6.2 H- Score points for LNCaP and DU-145, respectively). The obtained data indicate the involvement of bone remodeling proteins in the formation of the degree of cell malignancy of the most common hormone-dependent neoplasms.
