Methods of experiment planning, statistical, spectral, correlation, mathematical and computer modeling were used. The experimental results were processed using Excel, MathCad, MatLab software. The report contains the results of research development of a method of providing bilateral power supply to non-traction consumers of AC railways, which consists in the reconstruction of the non-traction line "two wires-rails" into a three-wire line and their supply from the transformer windings of 27.5 kV through phase-shifting devices installed on adjacent substations.
