The use of hydrogen technologies for the transformation of excess electricity, which can be produced in "failed" periods of energy consumption by electrolysis, is substantiated. It is established that for hydrogen production by electrolysis of water-coal suspension electricity consumption is lower than during electrolysis of water. Coal oxidation gives extra energy. The interaction of self-oscillations in rotors is investigated. The thermal stress of the elements of the unit with the hydrogen energy storage system is estimated.
