In Step 1, - calculations of parameters and dimensions of the hearth many nozzle upgraded burner pre-mixing; - calculations by numerical methods of environmental characteristics of the modernized burner; - research of efficiency of nozzle elements of the modernized burner; - On the basis of the calculations and researches the TK and sketchy design documentation for the production of the modernized burner were developed. In step 2, we conducted: - technology and laboratory stand for experimental study of MSW incineration process have been developed; - The process of MSW incineration with the morphological composition and humidity characteristic for cities of Ukraine in the laboratory boiler-calorimeter was investigated. The thermal emission during combustion was experimentally determined - MSW and the results compared with the reference values ​​corresponding to the MSW composition; - a calculated model of heat balance construction was developed both for independent combustion of MSW and for the case with the use of additional fuel for illumination; - reasonable technological parameters of the process of burning of MSW with low and unstable combustion heat have been determined; - a system for monitoring the parameters of the MSW incineration process was developed to determine the content of the main combustion elements of the MSW and to provide the possibility of prompt response to the change of heat emission during their combustion.
