Research methods are approach of the systems to the decision of problems, receptions of abstractly-logical method (analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, analogy and comparison), methods of design and factor analysis. The problems of the control and analytical providing are educed. Reasonably directions of decision of problems with the aim of increase of efficiency of activity of enterprises. Methodical approaches of analysis are improved for the design of indexes of efficiency of the use of capital and determination of backlogs of the cost cutting on agricultural enterprises. The organizational and methodical providing of the administrative checking, internal control of enterprises and unbank financial institutions system is improved.
