Developed of conceptual foundations and practical recommendations to enhance the state economic policy of Ukraine on the catching up processes, engage the innovation factors, to improve the competitiveness of the national economy under globalization. It is elaborated the scientific substantiation of the theoretical and methodological principles of snnovation policy, and the empirical foundations for justifying the optimal level of the R&D intensity. The analysis contain the problems of building the innovation ecosystems, public-private partnership, and creative economy. The proposed methodological and practical recommendations can be used for the preparing the strategy of the Ukrainian state economic policy at all levels of management. Implementation efficiency: The results of this research investigations have been introduced in the educational process in teaching the disciplines of the Department of Economics in NaUKMA.
