Description

 The object of the study is the processes of modernizing the economy on the basis of creativity, transparency and sustainable development. The purpose of the work is to develop theoretical foundations and methodological recommendations on the functioning of socio-economic systems on the basis of creativity, transparency to ensure their sustainable development. Research methods - abstract-logical, monographic, statistical-economic, classification, economic-mathematical modeling. A comprehensive system of indicators for assessing the components of economic sustainability of the strategic development of the regional socio-economic system is proposed. The essence of complex definition of personnel management is revealed. A schematic representation of the praxeological outline of the concepts of "personnel", "management", "innovation", "method" and "innovative methods of personnel management" is offered. A mechanism for adaptive development of the socio-economic system is proposed, which describes the process of compensating for the eco-destructive losses that occur in the process of production and consumption. The place of the ecological subsystem in the structure of programs of socio-economic development of the region is revealed, the main methodological and methodological bases of formation of environmental strategy in the region are analyzed. The choice of strategic directions of environmental activity in the region, which provide the formation of a real tendency of gradual improvement of the environmental situation, is scientifically substantiated. The recommendations for improving the mechanism of management of the regional ecological and economic system in the conditions of the European vector of modernization of the Ukrainian economy are substantiated. Changes in employer-employee relations under the influence of the main trends of transformation of (global and domestic) socio-economic systems have been investigated.
