The object of study - the processes of improving the efficiency of modern business in a dynamic environment. The purpose of the research is to develop theoretical frameworks and methodological recommendations for improving the efficiency of modern business in Ukraine in a dynamic environment. Research methods - abstract-logical, monographic, statistical-economic, classification, economic-mathematical modeling. Actual directions of increase of efficiency of activity of business entities are considered, problems of resource, innovation-investment, personnel, financial, management and foreign economic activity of business structures are highlighted. Performance evaluation criteria that are complex in nature are identified. It is determined that a client-oriented development strategy is the result of a complex and lengthy process of actions and measures to improve business processes; the leading position of the client-oriented strategy in the built hierarchy of strategies is proved. The forms of interaction between the state power and business of the region have been systematized in the conditions of development of public-private partnership and dynamic environment. A mechanism for public-private partnership at the regional level has been developed. It is proposed to calculate the complex effectiveness of investment and innovation programs for their selection by local state authorities in order to obtain the greatest results from their implementation. In the case of the implementation of regional investment-innovative eco-oriented programs, positive externalities are ultimately formed, which in turn generate the benefits of reducing environmental pollution for the regional community as a whole. It is proposed to introduce a relative measure of management performance evaluation. The proposed performance evaluation criteria are complex in nature, which improves the quality of management decision-making and implementation.
