Experiments were made to adapt the Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteriophage to circulating pseudomonads, which increased their lytic activity by 3.5 times. The method of long-term preservation of laboratory strains of microorganisms is optimized. The use of adapted bacteriophages and the method of photodynamic disinfection of candidate strains for the vaccine were investigated, the parameters of photosensitizer use (riboflavin and vikasol) and different modes of irradiation of vaccine samples were determined. The quality control indicators of the obtained phagolysate vaccine were determined. It was shown in the experiments on laboratory animals that there was no toxicity and reactogenicity of the vaccine specimens.
