Implementation - results obtained during the study were submitted to the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Construction, Urban Planning and Housing (the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Energy and Housing and Communal Services), the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine (Ministry of Communities and Territories of Ukraine), Ministry of Energy and Environmental Protection of Ukraine, Kyiv City State Administration, Donetsk Regional State Administration, the Donetsk Regional Military Civil Administration, the Slavonic and Kramatorsk City Councils, the Association of Ukrainian Cities etc. for the use in law-making and methodical work aimed at improving the economic and legal support of the development of the city's housing and communal services, as well as in practical activities.
