Subject of research - methodical approaches to the development of methods of simultaneous evaluation of the constitution and adaptive capacity of dairy cattle; regularities of combination of constitution traits, natural resistance, stress resistance, early ontogeny and their influence on the formation of economically useful traits; parameters of ecological safety of milk and feed. The purpose of the research is to develop and practically implement breeding methods for evaluating the constitution and adaptive capacity of dairy cattle based on the complex characteristics of the exterior, interior, hormonal and enzymatic systems of the animal body. Research methods - theoretical analysis and synthesis: methodological approaches to the development of methods of simultaneous evaluation of the constitution and adaptive capacity of dairy cattle, literature review and synthesis of results; zootechnical: identification of signs of early ontogeny, exterior-constitutional, productive and reproductive qualities of animals, duration of economic use and signs of viable cow productivity; biometric: correlation, regression and variance analyzes; clinical: determination of body temperature, indicators of pulmonary respiration and gas-energy exchange of cows; biochemical: determination of dynamics of concentration of hormones and activity of enzymes of boogie-brooders, indicators of natural resistance and component composition of milk of cows; economic: calculation of cost, profit and profitability of production of sperm production of booger-suckers and milk of cows.
