The purpose of the work - to substantiate the concept of management of technogenic and disturbed geological environments on the basis of modeling of economic and socio-ecological status of the mining region with different variants of their use and restoration. Research methods - generalization of scientific data, feasibility studies, mining and geometry and statistical analyzes, cartographic research methods, methods of mathematical analysis and modeling. The rational directions of development of mining at the extraction of minerals and the formation of mesorelief have been established. The object of the research is dissipative energy loss of explosion in the destruction of rocks. The purpose of the work stage is to establish the influence of the features of the polymineral medium and explosives on the dissipative losses of the energy of explosion in the destruction of rocks in a degraded load field and to determine the ways of reducing the level of dissipative losses in the destruction of rocks of different genesis. Research methods - scientific analysis and generalization of information on the effect of explosives and rocks properties and the heterogeneous explosive load field on dissipative losses. Analytical studies of the influence of the features of the polymineral medium and the explosive on dissipative energy losses in the destruction of rocks have been carried out.
