It is determined that in the process of superplastic deformation the size of the grains increases and the nanocrystalline structure becomes ultrafine-grained. Irradiation of alloys with a pulsed electron beam allows the nanocrystalline structure to be formed in the ground layer. The deformation processes occurring in the bulk of the sample and in the irradiated layer have fundamental differences. Irradiated specimens have been found to have phenomenological characteristics that are inherent in superplasticity. Tt is revealed that fibrous structures are formed in the process of superplastic deformation. This phenomenon was called microplasticity, based on the fact that the individual fibers have a similar appearance to the macroscopic samples tested under conditions of superplasticity.
