The purpose of the work is to create a database for the placement of potentially dangerous objects in Ukraine and to create interactive maps of the placement of potentially hazardous toxic industrial wastes, fire explosion hazard and toxic chemicals. For the first time, with the help of the latest technologies, interactive maps for the placement of potentially hazardous toxic industrial wastes, fire explosion hazard and toxic chemicals have been created. The key to this work is understanding the risk as the likelihood of a possible manifestation of the phenomenon and its likely threat. In the digital age of society, the concept of "interactive" map is as multifaceted as the concept of "electronic map". In this study, we understand the concept of "mapping interactivity" as a dialogue between a person and a database about certain objects (or maps) which is carried out using a computer device and is understood as an active complement to the certain visualized mapping information. The concept of a map model is considered in the paper. In practical realities, there are conceptual and physical models of the map. Specific examples of physical map models are presented: interactive maps of the location of potentially hazardous toxic industrial wastes, fire explosion hazard, and toxic chemicals have been created based on new approaches developed in interactive mapping.
